I made 4 pizzas. The first pizza…well, that turned out to be a leaky calzone. I didn’t put enough cornmeal on the bottom so it was impossible to place onto the pizza stone. We had to collapse the pizza onto itself and put the mess on a baking sheet in order to bake.

The second…not enough time. The crust wasn’t crispy enough. I learned how much heat sourdough requires.

The third…just right.

For the forth, I turned up the heat to the maximum temperature. It came out even better.
